Privacy and how I work

What I look at, what I don’t, and the tools behind the scenes

I look at anonymous visit information to see which pages help people and which ones don’t. That way I can make this site clearer and more useful.

Two simple tools do that. One counts visits, which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world visitors are, and what kind of device they used. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you around the web. The other shows me how people move through a page, such as how far they scroll and what they tap, and it may use a cookie to do so. It doesn’t capture what you type, so anything you write in the contact form stays private.

The search on my Honest Q&A is different. When you search there, I save the words you searched for and which answer, if any, you opened. Nothing that identifies you is saved with it, and anything that looks like an email address or phone number is removed before it’s stored. It shows me the questions people have that I haven’t answered yet, and where my answers are hard to find.

I don’t sell this information, and I don’t use it to follow up with you. If you want me to reach out, you’ll tell me yourself.

If you send me a message through the contact form, I use your name and email only to write back.

How I work

I want to spend my time where it really counts, with you, so I lean on market data, trusted connections, and AI-powered tools to work efficiently behind the scenes. On this website, that means I’ve incorporated the use of these into how I’ve collected information, written, and presented content. I only publish what I’ve fully reviewed and what I believe aligns with my practice.

Questions about any of this? Use the contact page and ask.
